Overview
This PVC profile production line is engineered for manufacturing various PVC profiles including window & door profiles, ceiling panels, and cable trunking systems. Custom solutions and molds are developed based on specific profile drawings.
Production Process
The manufacturing workflow follows: PVC powder + additives → material mixing → feeder → twin screw extruder → mold and calibrator → vacuum forming table → haul-off machine → cutting machine → discharge rack.
Featuring a conical twin screw extruder compatible with both PVC powder and granules, this line includes a degassing system for superior material plasticization. High-speed molds significantly enhance production efficiency.
