The permanent magnet synchronous motor delivers high energy efficiency, while the integrated PLC control system enables centralized management of the entire production line.
Plate Mould
Double strand molds are available for PVC trunking production lines, significantly boosting productivity. Advanced channel design ensures optimal flow performance, while precision manufacturing produces profiles with exceptional dimensional accuracy.
Calibration Table
Constructed with a stable steel frame and SUS 304 stainless steel body, the calibration table features a multi-dimension position adjustment system. Strategic placement of water pumps and vacuum calibrators enables rapid shaping and cooling of PVC profiles. Adequate table length ensures complete profile formation.
Haul-off & Cutter Combination
