System Components
Conical Twin Screw Extruder
Gently processes PVC compounds sensitive to shearing and high temperatures. Capable of handling PVC mixtures with wood/composite materials and PP/PE compounds with wood powder.
Mould System
Specialized design provides ideal material melting viscosity for optimal pipe shaping and extrusion energy efficiency. All material-contact surfaces are polished to minimize extrusion friction.
Vacuum Calibration & Cooling Tank
Stainless steel construction defines pipe shape and surface quality. Adjustable vacuum pressure with sealed gaskets prevents leakage and minimizes energy consumption. High-performance cooling nozzles ensure maximum cooling efficiency.
Haul-off Unit
Available in crawler track and belt designs for pipes ranging from 16-800mm diameter. Speed synchronization with extrusion ensures symmetrical wall thickness. Inverter-controlled speed adjustment for easy operation.
